ACG strengthens its leadership team with the appointment of Nicky Rushton as its Head of Sales

Spearheading the company’s direction and ambitious plans

ACG, is delighted to announce the appointment of Nicky Rushton as the company’s new Head of Sales. Nicky will lead and develop the company’s growing sales function, with the support of Sales Director Peter Bass.

Nicky Rushton rejoins the industry with 27 years of experience in running and developing highly functioning sales teams for numerous leading accident management companies and comes to ACG to deliver its sales strategy and grow its market acquisition.

Following the appointment, Sales Director and Board Member, Peter Bass commented, “Nicky’s wealth of experience in sales leadership will bring a new perspective to the company, and strengthen our growth trajectory, developing our team skills and capabilities. I’m confident with her background in working for major accident management companies and her deep knowledge of the industry and connections will undoubtably add value and insight.”

Peter concluded with, “Along with Nicky’s appointment we have also made changes to our current sales team and transitioned two current Business Development Managers (BDM), Steve Greensmith and Dan Nicholson into new roles for their professional advancement.

“Steve will work closely with our BDMs, as Sales Manager, to drive their training development to cultivate new business acquisitions, and Dan is realigning his focus to develop the role of Corporate Accounts Manager, where he will foster relationships with our network partners and build connections with the supply chain. Steve and Dan’s new roles are testament to the hard work, enthusiasm and value that they have brought to ACG over the years.”

Nicky officially stepped into the role on 10^th September and is set to work closely with ACG’s directors and leadership team to further shape its sales function to meet the company’s objectives.
