Verrall’s Vehicle Accident Repair Ltd was founded by Jack Verrall. After decades in the industry, working for numerous large bodyshops, Jack took the plunge nearly nine years ago and set up his own SMART repair business, and from there, the company has gone from strength to strength. Through its passion for attention to detail and delivering high-quality repairs, Verrall’s grew quickly off the back of word of mouth and is now operating out of its latest premises.

After significant investment in the latest repair equipment, Verrall’s is in a strong position for the future. Working toward PAS 125 accreditation, plus taking on a variety of repairs, and continuing to invest in its bodyshop the company is at an exciting point.

Why did you choose to work with ACG?

Through our growth, we have continued to invest in the business, ploughing money into getting the best equipment for our bodyshop. However, cash flow is always a careful balance for us to manage so that we can meet our financial obligations. We were recommended to ACG through a bodyshop connection in the local area. How has ACG addressed challenges in your business?

Cash flow is a tricky balance and having ACG on side means things run smoothly. Plus, having access to Advanced Funding, enabling us to draw 40% down on repairs, is a great option to have in our back pocket. In the past we have been cynical about factoring, seeing it as an expensive financing option, we struggled to justify sacrificing that off the bottom line, but ACG’s fee structure makes it a no-brainer.

What features or aspects of ACG’s service do you find most valuable and unique to your needs?

Apart from the speed of payment, the fact that our jobs are picked up so quickly (often within 30 minutes of sending it across) is fantastic. Plus, if I’ve missed anything or there’s a query on the repair, the team is on it to rectify it and make sure we’re on track to receive payment. There’s no delay, and the team knows that. This speed and attention to detail just shows how knowledgeable the team is and how they look after their customers.

How do you see the continued impact of ACG’s service on your business in the long term?

As we continue to grow and invest in Verrall’s, we feel confident that we can achieve this by having ACG as part of our team, as we don’t just have to sit there and wait for the money to come in – we have it the next day thanks to ACG.
