Tell us about your company?
Europa Crash Centre started up in 2010 and is our family-run business that offers car body repairs for a range of makes and models. Our journey started in the early 2000s when my brother and I had tested the waters opening a few other businesses and growing our careers. We ran into failures along the way as all business owners do, but since founding Europa things have gone from strength to strength and we now have three major sites based out of Sheffield, Leeds and Birmingham.
Why did you choose to work with ACG?
It was a no-brainer. Due to the nature of the industry, we recognised throughout the years that cash flow was potentially a big issue due to the influx of invoices on repair jobs and general business expenses, it was hard to keep up and we found ourselves struggling to find the time to chase invoice payments effectively. After being introduced to ACG, we quickly realised that they were one of the only companies of their kind that knew the industry inside out.
How was it at the start of working with ACG?
It was an immediate game changer. In the beginning when Europa began to expand, the amount of pressure regarding cash flow within the business became quite challenging, and thanks to ACG we have been able to remove that worry, it has just become an effortless process.
How has ACG addressed challenges in your business?
In so many ways! They have helped massively in taking away the stress and time pressures that come with monitoring invoices and cash flow. Working with ACG has allowed us to get back to focusing on growing our business, and we now have full financial control across all our sites. It’s allowed us to shift energy from the financial worries to doing what we do best, repairing vehicles and getting our customers back out on the road as quickly as possible.
What features or aspects of our service do you find most valuable and unique to your needs?
The efficiency of how they operate has helped massively with the running of our business. We know we can concentrate solely on company growth, looking after our staff and customers. Working with ACG has allowed us to remove any of those initial financial pressures that we experienced in our early days, they are no longer a concern for us.
How has it been working with ACG?
We have such a great working relationship with ACG, from the directors to the sales and operations teams, many of us are on first names terms, we are like one working family. We always know if there’s anything we need we can pick up the phone and they always have our back.
How do you see the continued impact of our service on your business in the long term?
With ACG we can look forward. We know that they are a company that we will always want to work with. Looking back, we know that we would not have been able to grow our business if it wasn’t for ACG, they bring so many opportunities to us and it’s brilliant to grow and work together.
Would you recommend working with ACG?
Absolutely, we would recommend anyone in the industry to work with ACG. Sometimes the hardest thing in business is not wanting other companies to know your secrets to success, however, we recommend ACG to everyone. They are such a big part of what we do.
What advice would you give other companies considering working with them?
Trust them. Don’t think that they sound too good to be true. ACG has proven they are exactly who they claim to be, and they do what they do to perfection.
