ABP Club Annual Convention

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these guidelines, and you agree to them.
1.1 To enter the competition, you must be a UK resident and be over 18 years at the time of competition entry. The opening date for entries is the 14th November 2024 and the end date is 18th November 2024.
1.2 Competition is not open to Accident Credit Group (ACG) Ltd employees (or members of their immediate families or friends).
1.3 Only one entry per person throughout promotion.
1.4 Multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified. ACG accepts no responsibility for entries that, for whatever reason, it does not receive before the promotion closing time.
1.5 Please follow the competition guidelines. ACG reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
1.6 To take part in the competition, the entrant must identify the correct number of smarties in the piggy bank.
1.7 There one prize. The winner will be selected who guesses the correct number or is the closest.
1.8 The main prize available is a £100 Pizza Hut Voucher.
1.9 The winner will be confirmed in writing by email.
1.10 If you win a competition, we will notify you by email within 72 working hours of the closing date.
1.11 ACG will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner. However, if the ACG are unable to contact a winner within 72 hours of the prize draw, ACG reserves the right to award the prize to another random eligible entrant.
1.12 ACG’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
1.13 Prize will be confirmed to the winner by the 18th November 2024 and further instructions prior to the event will follow with how to collect your prize.
1.14 The prize must be claimed by the winner within 72 hours of the winner being notified.
1.15 All costs and expenses not included within the prizes are the responsibility of the winner(s).
1.16 All prize winners must be over the age of 18.
1.17 The winner’s details will be shared with brands supporting the competition and their agency in order to award the prize.
1.18 The prize will not be transferable to another person.
1.19 No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
1.22 If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
1.23 The promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:
1.24.1 verify the eligibility of any participant, including their age and place of residence
1.24.2 disqualify any participant:
1.24.3 found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions;
1.24.4 who does not give correct contact details or who makes an entry on someone else’s behalf;
1.24.5 posting (or who has previously posted) a post, entry or comment to their own and/or the promoter’s social media pages that is, in the promoter’s opinion, inappropriate, offensive, defamatory or upsetting to other participants, fans of the promoter or the promoter’s commercial partners relevant to the promotion, or is directly aimed at the promoter, or contrary to applicable law, and, in the case of the promoter’s social media pages, to remove any such entry or comment.
1.24.6 ACG employees and family members, plus close friends are excluded from the competition.
1.25 No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted, and no bulk entries are permitted.
1.26 Competitions on our brand social pages and websites are run by Accident Credit Group (ACG) Ltd, ACG House, 620 Birchwood Boulevard, Warrington, WA3 7QU
1.27 The promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with ABP Club or Pizza Hut.
